Protein Sequence Submission Form


This page allows users to assign , dihedral angles of protein sequence using average angle assignment technique (ABP/SABP) or hybrid technique (SABP7 + SPINEX). User can upload multiple protein sequence in fasta format. The server predict , dihedral angle of each residue in a protein sequence. In case of multiple fasta files, user can provide e-mail address.
