LibInet allows management of library resources via Internet. This package is completely based on web technology and is suitable for wide area network (e.g. Internet)

Address

This server allow users to search addresses of various organisations in India. These addresses were collected and compiled by BIC staff in order to assist the Internet Users. This database includes, address of all the Universities, Bioinformatic Centers, Department of Biotechnology centers, CSIR Labs, ICMR Labs and main Pharmaceutical Companies In India.

This allow users to search your protein sequence against nr (non-redudant) database which consists GenBank+CDS translations+PDB+Swissprot+PIR+PRF (NCBI nr with regular update)

VaxiPred is a web server for computer aided vaccine design, developed by BioMantra and IMTECH. It integrates more than ten Immunoinformatics web servers and two databases developed at Dr G P S Raghava’s group.

PSAweb is a web server, developed to analyze the amino acid sequence and multiple sequence alignment of proteins. This is a comprehensive on-line Internet tool that allows the rapid visualization of an analysis, by output in GIF format. It assists the user in analyzing and presenting the primary structure of proteins and mutiple alignment of protein sequences
