The plasmodium falciparum (pf) whole genome (version 5.5) was downloaded from plasmodb.org.

In the result folder the following types of files are given:
 
        pf-result-aa           ::  file containing all pf IDs and corresponding values of amino acid composition svm model.
        main-pf-res-aa         ::  file containing the result at 0.0 threshold.

      (out of 5460 pf proteins 4877 were predicted to be non-secretory proteins and 583 to be secretory proteins at 0.0 threshold).

       result-pf-di+saac      ::  file containing all pf IDs and values using hybrid of dipeptide and split amino acid composition svm model.
       main-pf-res-di+saac    ::  file containing the result of hybrid model at 0.0 threshold.  
 
      (out of 5460 pf proteins 4873 were predicted to be non-secretory proteins and 587 to be secretory proteins at 0.0 threshold).
