THE MHCBENCH SERVER
How can I compare my method
If you want to use our data sets then download one of the set. Use your method to calculate the score for each peptide. And sumbit the predicted data in this format to the server. You can directly upload a file or you can use the CUT/PASTE option.
Can I use my own data
Most welcome. You can use your own data, provided that it is in the correct format. You can also keep your set as a reference set at this server for future evaluation.
I want to submit my alogrithm/data to MHCBench
