Registration form can be filled online only. Submit your online registration form latest by 28th February, 2018 05th March, 2018.  

Registration forms will only be entertained if "Letter of recommendation" is forwarded by the respective head of department (current/last attended) or PhD supervisor/guide of university/institute. Form must be accompanied by a one-page write-up - "How would you be benefited by this training?".
